Natural finishing oils

Composition:Mixture of selected natural oils.
Appearance:Brown paste.
Active substance:Over 98%.
Flash point:Over 120°C.
Solubility:Insoluble into water.
Indication of use:

• Directly using roll-coating or flow coating, the best operating temp. is 70°C-80°C. But it will be caused foam while the  temp. is more than 85°C and it must be avoided.
• If plating needed, the temp. and the pressure needs to be adjusted as requirement after coating, but the concerned point is not to stick onto plate.

Shelf life:One year (in unopened drum resp. containers under normal storage conditions).
Packing:120KGS/plastic drum.
Storage:Keep in cool and dry place at +10°C~+40°C. Avoid frozen and stirring well before using.
Note:It is a batch form production and such as it is subject to small variation in color and consistency. This however has no influence on the technical property of the leather.

• Suitable for all kinds of oily leathers to provide endurance handle feel and strong pull-up effect.
• Due to not containing solvent, it won't affect leather fibers and will increase the fullness of crust.
• If heavy oily and pull-up needed, it can be mixed with GS-LA4, GS-WXA and the ratio if adjusted as requirement.
