Leather finishing oil

Composition:Selected synthetic oils.
Appearance:Yellow limpid viscous.
Active substance:Over 98%.
Flash point:Over 180°C.
Solubility:Insoluble into water.
Indication of use:

• The best operating temp. is 65°C-85°C  and can also be used in normal but foam will be formed during processing.
• If plating needed, the temp. and the pressure needs to be adjusted as requirement after coating, but the concerned point is not to stick onto plate.

Shelf life:One year (in unopened drum resp. containers under normal storage conditions).
Packing:120KGS/plastic drum.
Storage:Keep in cool and dry place at +10°C~+40°C. Avoid frozen and stirring well before using.
Note:It is a batch form production and scuh as it is subject to small variation in color and consistency. This however has no influence on the technical property of the leather.

• Applied in oily leathers as NUBUCK, crazy horse to gain fine handle and oily feeling.
• Possess the good penetration to make leathers with fine fullness and gains light and softness after roll coating. After finishing, leathers will possess the even and grace effect and fragrant smell.
• If heavy oily, endruance and pull-up needed, it can be mixed with GS-LA4, GS-WXA and the ratio if adjusted as requirement.
