Oily leather surface finishing oil

Composition:Combination of refined natural oils.
Appearance:Brown liquid (normal temperature 25°C)
Active substance:Over 98%.
Flash point:Over 220°C.
Solubility:Insoluble into water.
Indication of use:

• Directly using roll coating or curtain coating, the operating temp. is 70~80°C. Foam will be formed while the temp. is more than 85°C and it must be avoided.
• If placting needed, the temp. and the pressure needs to be adjusted as requirement, but the concerned poing is not to stick onto plate.

Shelf life:One year (in unopened drum resp. containers under normal storage conditions).
Packing:110KGS/plastic drum.
Storage:Keep in cool and dry place at +10°C~+40°C. Avoid frozen and stirring well before using.
Note:It is a batch form production and such as it is subject to small variation in color and consistency. This however has no influence on the technical property of the leather.
