Oily leather surface finishing oil

Composition:Combination of refined natural oil and synthetic oils.
Appearance:Dark green paste.
Active substance:Over 98%.
Flash point:Over 180°C.
Solubility:Insoluble into water.
Indication of use:

• Directly using roll coating or curtain coating, the operation temp. is 70°C-80°C.
• If plating needed, the temp. and the pressure needs to be adjusted as requirement after coating, but the concerned point is not to stick onto plate.

Shelf life:One year (in unopened drum resp. containers under normal storage conditions).
Packing:110KGS/plastic drum.
Storage:Keep in cool and dry place at +10°C~+40°C. Avoid frozen and stirring well before using.
Note:It is a batch form production and such as it is subject to small variation in color and consistency. This however has no influence on the technical property of the leather.

• Providing all kinds of oily leathers with the upper oily touch, handle feeling and softness effect.
• Imparts the good penetration to make leathers with fine fullness and gains light and softness after rolling coater. The grizzle leathers will obtain the good even, elegant property and fragrant smell after finishing.
• If heavy oily, endurance and pull-up needed, it can be mixed with GS-LA4, GS-WXA and the ratio is adjusted as requirement..
