Phosphorylated synthetic grease

Composition: Emulsifiable phosphated synthetic oil.
Appearance: Viscous and clear oil.
Charge: Anionic.
Active substance: 56%~60%.
pH value: 5.0~7.0 (10% aqueous solution).
Electrolyte resistance: Good resistance in the normal works concentrations.
Lightfastness: good.
Indication of use: Using after stirring and can be emulsified with 3-4 times amount of water at 20℃~50℃.
Shelf life: One year (in unopened drum resp. containers under normal storage conditions).
Package: 150KGS/plastic drum.
Storage:  Keep in cool and dry place at +10℃~+35℃. Before use or sampling, warm up and stir well.
Note: It is a batch form production and as such it is subject to small variation in color and consistency. This however has no influence on the technical property of the leather.

• Good lightfastness, helps with main fatliquoring and dyeing leveling and penetration.
• It penetrates deeply into leather fibers and bonds firmly, is resistant to high temperatures, and is not easy to evaporate.
• It can be mixed with other anionic oils and fats and help emulsify other oils.
• It can be used for rewetting, chrome tanning, neutralization, main fatliquoring, post-fatliquoring and leather re-drumming to soften the leather.
• It can make all kinds of leather light, soft and dry.
