Oil wax for water field

Composition:Mixed filling material of an-nonionic emulsified oil and wax.
Appearance:Yellowish solid.
Charge:An-nonionic
Active substance:Over 98%.
Melting Point:45℃~50℃.
Electrolyte resistance:Good resistance in the normal works concentrations.
Lightfastness:Good.
Indiscation of use:Preheating into liquid before using and emulsifying by the ratio 1:3 with hot water at 60°C.
Shelf life:One year (in unopened drum resp. containers under normal storage conditions).
Packing:40-170KGS/iron drum.
Storage:Keep in a cool and dry place at +10℃~+35℃. Before use or sampling, warm up and stir well.
Note:It is a batch form production and as such it is subject to small variation in color and consistency. This however has no influence on the technical property of the leather.

• It will give the effect of light pull-up and good function of oily wax.
• The ausage amount depends on required level and type of leather.
• It can be mixed with other anionic and nonionic oil-wax fatliquors during the main fatliquoring.
