Cationic surface grease

Composition:Fatty alcohols and amine derivation.
Appearance:White paste.
Charge:Weak cationic.
Active substance:18%~22%.
pH:3.0~5.0 (10% aqueous solution).
Electrolyte resistance:Excellent resistance in the normal works concentrations.
Lightfastness:Good
Indication of use:Stirring  well before using and emulsifying with 3-4 times amount of water at 20℃~50℃.
Shelf life:One year (in unopened drum resp. containers under normal storage conditions).
Packing:100KGS/plastic drum.
Storage:Keep in cool and dry place at +10℃~+35℃. Before use or sampling, warm up and stir well.
Note:It uis a batch form production and as such it is subject to small variation in color and consistency. This however has no influence on the technical property of the leather.

• Using as the last top-fatliquoring for suede and aniline finish leather to make leathers gaining the special handle feeling, brilliance and brightness.
• Being a weakly cationic to promote the exhaustion of fatliquor.
• Can be used for pre-fatliquoring.
