Water-based color-changing wax

Composition:Aqueous wax emulsion.
Appearance:Yellowish liquid, slight opaque.
Active substance:18-22%.
Charge:Anionic.
pH:7.5-9.5 (10% aqueous solution).
Solubility:Can be mixed with water in any proportion.
Indication of use:

• Can be used alone or with other aqueous oils and waxes to produce pull-up effect and must be plated at >120°C to achieve a maximum effect.
• After spraying/coating as requirement, it must be plating and polishing by felt grinder to achieve the rich pull-up effect, waxy handle, nice sealing coat and very uniformity coating surface.

Shelf life:Six months (in unopened drum resp. containers under normal storage conditions).
Packing:120KGS/plastic drum.
Storage:Keep in cool and dry place at +10°C~+35°C. Avoid frozen and stirring well before using.
Note:It is a batch form production and such as it is subject to small variation in color and consistency. This however has no influence on the technical property of the leather.

• Can make the effect of pull-up of aniline and corrected leather.
• Provides a natural waxy, soft and glossy intensity of leather and can be used for aqueous base and top coats.
• Can offer a good filling and improve the plate release and stacking properties.
• Won't make the leather hardening and maintain original elasticity fullness.
